Whats a sonogram???isnt it used for babies? then y r they using it on my......?

ok isn't a sonogram used to see like babies when they re in the womb or sumthin???? n e way theyre gunna use it on my testes cuz i just punched there annd its been hurting for like 2 weeks wtf is a sonogram gunna do????
