My audibles do not have motion or sound. How do i correct this?

this has happened to me several times u need to make sure your temp files are cleared go to control panel/internet options and in the general tab u can clear your temp files. if this doesnt work just uninstall yahoo messenger and re-install it this should clear it right up. I hope this helps
