Why do White people do more to help Black people than Black people do, themselves?

Why is it everytime a natural disaster occurs, it's a White celebrity down there in the rubble helping people, hands-on? Bad Pitt's, Angelina Jolie's, Harry Connick Jr, Sean Penn.. I mean, isn't Lil Wayne a Black celebrity from New Orleans? Why wasn't he down there helping when Katrina hit? Why aren't they ever around or doing anything to help their own? Why does it seem White people look out for the best interests of Blacks more than Blacks do, themselves? Black athletes make hundreds of millions and spend it on $100,000 platinum teeth, gaudy chains, and stupid stuff all the time.. It's your money, blah blah blah, but a little humanity? Bill Gates and a couple of other billionaires recently donated more than $500,000,000 each, individually to charities.. Tiger Woods is busy buying hookers and yachts and.. Why don't Blacks care about each other? All the money that Black celebs make and they only spend it on strippers, alcohol, drugs, flat screen TVs that fall from the ceilings of their ridiculously over-priced mansions and cars with freaking platinum rims on their $1,000,000 cars...
