Does anyone agree that FL and MI should just not have thier dlegates sat at all?

The states broke the rules and were punished. So now we go back on it and just give them a redo? Who pays? Not the FL or MI tax payers, certainlty not the DNC, than who? The candidates? I for one have donated my hard earned money and do nto want it going to that.
