Does out of school suspension show up on a Secondary school record when you are applying to universities?

i got out of school suspension in freshmen year of highschool and i was wondering if it will show up. btw if i played soccer for the school will it show up on the record or whatever? thanks i was planning on applying to UNC but i live in maryland.
