A runescape question?

okay so my fishing is lv 46, i wanna get to 53 so i can do heros quest, and lots of guides say the best thing to do is fish for salmon and trout and its fast, ..how many hours would t probably take me to get to lv 53? dhours? days? thanks to whoever can help me with this a little better
