20 shootings in Chiacgo last week, Is the city gun ban working??

The day I see drug sealers, thugs, ers and the like standing in line to apply for a gun permit, then I will favor more strict gun laws. Until then leave the law abiding citizens to have the right to protect themselves. The Chicago gun law is a joke. Right across the street from the Chicago city limits are suburban gun stores. You cross the street, purchase a firearm legally, then go back into Chicago. It's just nuts.
