IS IT WRONG (Christians)?

I am engaging in a project to build unmanned airplanes (drones) for an African country. Although these planes are to be intended for surveillance, they can however be equipped with weapons. my concern is that by engaging in this project, i will be actively providing at least a background for a potential arms advancement technology build up in the future. which i'm reluctant to be involved in due to my spiritual leanings. this is albeit a very lucrative project for me and my career. We plan to build surveillance drones, however in the case of insurgency from violent extremist sect, we may be inclined by responsibility to provide armed drones to restore sanity and prevent the hurt of innocent people. Am i wrong to be involved in this project at all? should i even be involved in biulding drones that may set a condition for potential arms advancements, or will that really even be the case. im very concerned.
