I brought my pregnant chi home from the hospital.?

She is 39 days pregnant and was bleeding from her rectum yesterday so i took her to the ER where she stayed over night then to her regular vet this morning. The bleeding stopped when I took her in yesterday and has not returned. I am not a breeder and this was not planned. I hoped to maybe abort the pups and have her spaded but they said its not necessary. ER vet said the xrays show no puppies but her regular vet said its too soon to see them. Her teets are large and her belly too. Is she pregnant or not!!??
