Is there a good way to do nonlinear regression in Excel?

If you have a ter of dots on a graph, and you want a best fit line, but none of the built-in lines for Excel are appropriate. I hear that nonlinear is the type that I'm looking for, but still havent found much useful data out there. Any suggestions?
