smoke some weed. haha jk. just close your eyes and take some deep breaths and count to 10 when you feel stressed out. also, get one of those squishy stress .haha. most importantly, when you wake up in the morning, give yourself time for a GOOD BREAKFAST!! i cannot stress this enough. make sure you eat a piece of fruit, or orange juice, some cereal or oatmeal, or an egg. a good breakfast consists of protein and fiber and carbs to help you feel full throughout the day. it will also make you feel better internally.
