What's the least commercial, least degrading job I can get?

I am 18 and couldn't graduate last school year because I didn't have these CTS credits of which I was unaware until the last month of school. My dad is making me get a job, it will be my first. I don't care how strenuous or tedious the work involved in the job will be, but I have two specifications. The first is that I don't want to work in food service or retail where any ******* can just come in and become your boss. The second is that I don't want a job in some multinational corporation, which has to do with my values. I would prefer some type of filing but I'm not sure if I could get a job like that. If I just lied about graduating to get such a menial job would they even bother to check? I mean surely they wouldn't waste their time if all I was doing was sorting some papers.
