Has anyone ever been faced with racoons that like to "party down" in the middle of the night?

I think they can... however the though of this sounds AWESOME! just going out of your apartment with the chainsaw roaring and just walking up to this tree and everybody is wondering what your doing. and you just cut that Mother down and walk away!
